<p>Description</p><p>The nCino Platform Administrator is responsible for the configuration and ongoing optimization of the nCino platform supporting both retail consumer lending and commercial lending. Serving as the primary administrator and subject matter expert, this role ensures that lending workflows are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements. The position also performs general Salesforce administration duties, supporting the stability, security, and scalability of the broader Salesforce ecosystem.</p><p><br></p><p>Below is a list of essential functions for this position. Performs basic configuration, user management, end user support, and change management documentation. </li><li><strong>nCino Platform Administrator</strong> - 2–4 years of experience and ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and configure workflows, decisioning, and approval processes. Analyze enhancement requests and recommend best-practice solutions. Proactive in platform optimization and leading initiatives.</li><li><strong>nCino Platform Administrator II</strong> - 5+ years of experience and the ability to lead complex initiatives and configuration. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>SEEKS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Actively participate in expanding skill sets and career paths by attending training programs, workshops, certifications, and educational resources relevant to the role. Set stretch assignments and cross functional opportunities that foster growth and learning. </p><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE</strong></p><p><br></p><p>To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential position requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below. </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a technology related program or 1-3 years’ of platform administration experience.</li><li>Ability to interpret technical specifications as well as create technical documentation. </li><li>General understanding of banking, consumer lending, and small business lending is preferred.</li><li>Salesforce/nCino product knowledge is preferred</li><li>Salesforce or nCino certification preferred. (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and/or nCino Platform Certification) </li><li>A background screening will be conducted. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>LANGUAGE SKILLS:</strong> Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents. Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills to write and speak effectively both one-on-one and before groups of clients or employees of the organization. Ability to communicate to clients and employees of the organization directly and effectively.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: </strong>Ability to utilize telephone systems and possess good digital literacy including email, internet and intranet use. Good understanding of the Salesforce/nCino platform capabilities and implementation methodologies. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: </strong>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret various metrics within the Salesforce/nCino platform.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>REASONING ABILITY: </strong>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
