The firm closed Fund V in 2022 at $1.7B of total committed capital, which is nearly double the size of its previous fund. The firm historically promotes from within versus hiring lateral VP+ talent. The firm focuses on investments in essential healthcare services across post-acute care, physician practice management, behavioral health, women’s and children’s health, pharma services, value-based care, and payer services. Common characteristics of the companies in which they invest include: asset lite, founder-owned, scalable in-service lines or geography. Webster tends to be the first institutional capital, and their portfolio companies provide mission-critical healthcare services where an imbalance of supply and demand exists. They close approx. 12-15 platform deals per fund + 5-20 add-on acquisitions per EACH platform. This is an Associate role where you will enjoy tremendous deal reps, responsibility, a competitive salary, and path to promotion based on merit.

The Role:

·Evaluating new investments by assessing the attractiveness of potential new deals and forming a view on the industry, business model, and company

·Preparing investment memos, financial models, financial projections, and valuations

·Conducting due diligence on prospective investment opportunities, including industry specific research and financial analysis

·Assisting in coordination and management of third-party due diligence for acquisitions, lender meetings, and LP co-investors

·Monitoring existing investments and traveling to sites

·Providing additional resources and analysis to management teams

·Attending board meetings in person

If interested in this opportunity, please respond with your resume.
