Remote Test Environment Operator

We are looking for an operations representative who can reliably operate the dedicated remote testing unit (laptops/workstations) used for software testing and verification.

This role is not a development task,

Operational role in managing a test environment that is always on and stable.

Core Responsibilities

- Maintain power condition and stability of remote equipment for testing

- Main system updates and health checks

- Verify normal operation of remote access environments (such as RDP / SSH / remote tools)

- Reporting in case of network or hardware issues

- Check the test run environment regularly to see if it is normal

Support Requirements

No required professional experience is required.

However, it's good to have some of the following:

- Experience using remote access tools (e.g., Remote Desktop, AnyDesk, etc.)

- an environment with a stable Internet connection

- a propensity to follow instructed procedures accurately

Beginners can also perform it through operation manuals and guides.
