<p>Pride Health is seeking a <strong>Research Associate – BioDesign </strong>for a biotechnology company specializing in the discovery, development, and delivery of the treatment of neurological diseases to patients worldwide.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Title: Research Associate – BioDesign, Biotherapeutics Discovery and Delivery</strong></p><p>Location: Cambridge, MA (On-Site)</p><p>Job Type: Contract</p><p>Duration: 12-Months</p><p>Hours: 40 hours/wk, 8 hours/day</p><p>Pay Rate: $34.00 - $41.54 per hour</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Direct responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Supporting tissue enhanced delivery platform development and portfolio programs</li><li>Processing animal tissues for protein analysis and nucleic acid extraction</li><li>Performing MSD and PCR-based methods for bioanalytical analyses</li><li>Performing cell-based function assays to characterize biotherapeutics</li><li>Establishing SOPs and adapt new protocols from literature</li><li>Maintaining electronic laboratory notebook</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>BS biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or similar</li><li>1+ years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry/post-bachelor’s research</li><li>Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques (qPCR/ddPCR, Western blot, ELISA, etc.)</li><li>Ability to independently execute experiments and analyze data</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to productively collaborate in cross-functional and matrixed teams</li></ul><p><strong>Preferences:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience with animal tissue processing</li><li>Previous experience with ELISA or MSD assays</li><li>Previous experience with mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits that Pride Health offers:</strong></p><p>Pride Health offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.</p><p><strong>Apply Today!
