font-size: 12pt;">Order Management, Order Entry, and Compliance</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">•    Lead the end-to-end order management function, including order entry standards, process quality, compliance, and operational controls across Enterprise and SLED.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">•    Ensure orders are submitted accurately, completely, and in accordance with internal policy, commercial requirements, customer commitments, and segment-specific requirements.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">•    Identify and eliminate sources of order fallout, delays, rework, and customer friction.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">•    Create a culture of accountability around order quality, process adherence, and continuous improvement.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">•    Partner with Legal, Finance, Service Delivery, and other stakeholders to ensure operational compliance and smooth handoffs from sales through fulfillment.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">•    Support compliance requirements and documentation rigor associated with SLED opportunities, where procurement, contracting, and customer-specific requirements may be more complex.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Sales Support Team Development</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">•    Create and develop a high-performing sales support organization that improves seller effectiveness and customer responsiveness across Enterprise and SLED.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">•    Define the charter, structure, roles, workflows, and service levels of the team to support field sales, strategic accounts, SLED sellers, and related commercial functions.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">•    Build processes and tools that allow sellers to spend more time selling and less time on administrative or operational tasks.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">•    Recruit, coach, and develop talent while establishing a culture rooted in accountability, urgency, service, and collaboration.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
