Virtual Assistant — Business Operations & Organization (Digital Agency)
run a digital agency handling Google Business Profile reinstatement/management, paid lead gen (Meta, ChatGPT, Upwork, LinkedIn), and AI services. I handle the specialized work — I need someone to keep me organized across all of it so nothing slips.
Note: I have ADHD, so clear, direct communication and proactive follow-up matter a lot in this role.
What you'll do:
Track GBP case statuses, documents, and follow-ups in Airtable
Log and monitor incoming leads across Meta, ChatGPT, Upwork, LinkedIn
Keep my calendar, task list, and deadlines on track across active projects
Organize client/lead documents and communications
Send scheduled follow-ups using provided templates
Flag what's falling behind before it becomes a problem
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple business functions at once (required)
Fluent in English — reading and writing (required)
Airtable or similar CRM experience (required)
Reliable, minimal supervision, proactive
