We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a busy and growing wedding and events planning business. This is a remote role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, client-focused environments and has strong organizational and communication skills.

The role will initially commence at approximately 15 hours per week (with potential to increase to full-time hours as the business expands).

⭐ About the Role

You will play a key support role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, assisting with client communications, administrative tasks, and coordination of event-related documentation.

āœ… Key Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Virtual Assistant
  • Fluent or near-native English (written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional patience and attention to detail
  • Fast learner with the ability to follow processes and instructions
  • Strong understanding of professional email etiquette
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Availability to work Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays

  • Canva
  • Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook for email management)
  • Google Drive & Google Workspace
  • Excel and spreadsheet management
  • Social media scheduling platforms (basic scheduling knowledge required)
  • Basic copywriting skills with understanding of brand voice (highly regarded)

šŸ“Œ Key Responsibilities

  • Light social media scheduling and content posting
  • Monitoring and managing client inboxes when the business owner is unavailable
  • Providing timely and professional responses to client enquiries
  • Data entry into client timelines and event planning systems
  • Following up with clients and vendors for outstanding information
  • Updating spreadsheets, timelines, and documentation
  • Assisting with website updates in collaboration with the web designer
  • Maintaining daily task and productivity reports
  • Calendar and appointment management
  • Assisting with onboarding new clients
