About The Role: Uniti Fiber is seeking a strategic, hands-on, and transformational marketing executive to serve as the senior leader responsible for the company’s full marketing and go-to-market function. This role will own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for the business, including internal and external marketing, brand, positioning, product marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, communications, sales enablement, customer lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, analytics, and agency management. Reporting to the President of Sales, this executive will build and lead the marketing organization, define the company’s market story, and create a scalable go-to-market engine that drives revenue growth, market penetration, and brand strength. The ideal candidate is both a strategic architect and an execution-focused operator who can build from the ground up, lead cross-functional alignment, and deliver measurable business impact.
